Class Room Program
The program described is a Regular Class Students test series for optional Geography aspirants preparing for the UPSC Main Exam. It includes the following features:
- Number of Tests:The test series consists of 19 scheduled tests, divided into 9 section-wise tests and 10 comprehensive tests.
- Test Duration: Each test ranges from 2 to 3 hours.
- Test Format: The tests are conducted on Question-cum-Answer booklets, adhering to the absolute UPSC pattern.
Confidence Building: The program aims to build confidence among aspirants by helping them format answers and write within the prescribed time limits.
- Explanatory Model Answers: Aspirants who exceed the restricted word limit receive Explanatory Model Answers. These model answers help students understand how to expand on the requirements of asked questions.
- Test Discussions: Discussions on the tests are conducted either on the same day or the following day. These discussions provide a quick review of what was required in the answers and how to structure them effectively.
- Evaluation and Feedback: Answers are evaluated, and aspirants receive specific feedback. Comparative performance analysis is provided to help students understand their relative standing.
- Classroom and Online Modes: The test series is available in both Classroom and Online modes, giving aspirants flexibility in choosing their preferred mode of participation.

TSP (Test Series Program) Online/Offline
The program described appears to be a comprehensive test series designed to help UPSC aspirants prepare for their Main Exam. Here are the key features of the program:

- Evaluated Answer Sheets and Personal Feedback: Neetu Singh will return the evaluated answer sheets with personal feedback in selective lots, helping aspirants understand their strengths and areas of improvement.
- Flexible Time to Attempt Tests: Students can attempt the scheduled tests at their convenience, as the program provides flexibility in terms of the dates.
- Comparative Performance and Ranking: The portal will display students’ comparative performance and ranking, enabling them to assess their progress relative to others.
- Coverage of Topics: The program covers both dynamic (current affairs) and static (conventional) topics, ensuring a holistic preparation approach.
- Time Management and Structuring: The program focuses on enhancing students’ capacity to manage time effectively and structure their answers appropriately.
- Block Discussions: Four sessions will be dedicated to block discussions, which will explore opportunities for further improvement in writing skills and time management. The number of sessions can be increased if required.
- Section-wise Mapping: The tests will include both Section A and Section B for Paper-I and Paper-II, with mapping as per the UPSC syllabus.

CSTP (Consistent Synthesis Training Program)
The One Year Program that aims at grooming your confidence to help you leverage 300+ marks in your optional.
CSTP+ (Comprehensive Answer Writing Improvement Program) is an online-only program designed to assist aspirants with their answer writing skills for the Main Exam. It comes with several features and new additions to support Geography optional students preparing for Main 2023-24. Here are the key features:
- Answer Writing Improvement Program: The program is primarily focused on enhancing answer writing skills. It provides a structured framework for writing answers effectively.
- Comprehension of Question Requirements: Aspirants are guided on understanding the specific requirements of the questions asked in the Main Exam and how to address them appropriately.
- Integrating Thought Process with Writing: The program helps students to connect their thought process with their writing, ensuring well-structured and coherent answers.
- Unlimited Answer Writing Practice: Participants can practice answering 20-25 questions per month. This extensive practice allows aspirants to refine their writing skills.
- Feedback by Neetu Singh: Neetu Singh, the instructor or coach, provides feedback on the answers submitted by the students. This personalized feedback helps students identify areas for improvement.
- Personal Doubt Clearing Sessions: Aspirants have the opportunity to schedule one-on-one doubt clearing sessions with Neetu Singh. This helps in addressing individual doubts and queries.
- Additional Tips: The program offers additional tips on content development, presentation, and time management. These tips aid in crafting high-scoring and well-organized answers.
- Open for Geography Optional Students: The program is open to all students who have chosen Geography as their optional subject for the Main Exam.

SMTP (Special Main Training Program)
- Purpose: The program is intended for final level revision after the Preliminary Exam results have been announced.
- Test Structure: There are a total of 6 tests, with 2 tests for each paper (Section-wise) and 2 comprehensive tests covering the entire syllabus.
- Discussion and Model Answers After each test, there are discussions to review the questions and provide model answers.
- Classes : Around 10-15 classes are scheduled to elaborate on expected questions and answers framing approach.
- There will also be pre-test classes to provide an overview of syllabus requirements and important areas of focus.
- Individual Feedback: Neetu Singh, presumably the instructor or coach, will provide individual and detailed feedback on attempted papers and areas of difficulty.
- Current Affairs: Quick revisions of important changes in policies and programs (both globally and in India) are included
- Exam Simulation: The program aims to provide a platform for students to gauge their preparedness before appearing for their Main Exam.
- Portal Support: The program includes portal support for students, offering updated material support until the Main Exam.
